Hey Stephie.
I took a look to see what was going on. Looks like the site wasn't showing due to two things...
The site did have a vote, but the votes had been Reset which cleared the vote, plus the list was configured to only show sites with 1 or more votes.
I made your site appear in the list by doing a vote Restore (from the Reset Votes panel) to bring the vote back (from Votes Ever to regular Votes).
You may want to wait until your list is nicely active before resetting the votes, or you can Reset them now (or later) but set the Display Zero Votes parameter to Display All.
