I need some help, please!!

I have written a few times and have yet to get a response so I am wondering if I am addressing this in the correct forum? Please let me know and I will redirect Embarassed

I am having great difficulty logging into the Admin Panel as the admin of my top list site, The Golden Apple @ http://goldenapple.top-site-list.com I have to sign in at least 6 or 7 times until I get the panel and even then when I do get it, it is sometimes either showing the right side or the left side but not both panels at the same time. When I do get the full admin panel, it sometimes will not let me access certain parts. For example, I really like looking at the different ways that the site can look like-Right now, I am using Diddles, which I love. I just wanted to see what others you had but when I clicked on the download, the right panel went back to my list screen. Confused?

Hi Ginny.

This is the first time I've seen your message. But anyway, I have heard of the problem that you are describing. It seems to be that your browser is having problems keeping your login "cookie" alive. This basically means that your browser is forgetting your login session, so it then directs you back to main list page if you try to access an admin page once this happens.

Suggestions for resolving this...

- Clear your browser cache and cookies and try again.
- Try using an alternate browser for admin work, like FireFox or InternetExplorer, depending on what you use now.

Thank you for the suggestion of using the Internet Exp browser-It does make sense that this would work better than the AOL browser Cool
