Problem with uploading voting images and banners.

When i go to upload my voting images and banner, it says "Wrong Format, Please only upload gif's or jpg's files"

What do i do? and i know 100% sure that the images ARE gif and jpg.
"C:\Documents and Settings\Beer\My Documents\My Pictures\vota06.jpg" is what i'm uploading for a voting image. Notice- jpg.

WHAT IS WRONG, THIS IS IRRITATING ME.

If you could upload this image to ImageShack and post a link to it, I will investigate.

It sounds like it has a non-standard MIME, so I would need to have the actual image and check it out.
