A topical affiliate link might be okay, but AdSense, YPN, AdBrite and similar programs would not be allowed.

We don't currently offer any ad-free options, however that possibility exists in the future.

If I understand your question correctly, the text ads are exclusively TSLPs in order to pay for the servers, etc.
