Hmm, seen this one once before, but don't remember the issue.

What was the list URL and what was the user ID being registered? Perhaps you can send me the password in a private message as well, if it has any funny characters in it...

I registered another one today & it happened again. My list is

the last user registered is serendipity, and the error showed again.
The registration still goes through, but not sure if the error message causes any other problems. I know my new people have been having trouble getting their votes to count.

Thanks for note about error, I haven't solved that one yet.

On the votes, I took a close look at everything, and since you gave me a specific list and a specific user, I was able to pull the data for this from my logs to analyze.

Everything looks pretty much right. The only reason that any attempted votes have been denied is because the system had already accepted a vote from that IP within the last 24 hours.

I did see that the user was trying over and over several times a day to vote, so there were many blocked voting attempts.

I also took a look at the code and didn't see any issues with the logic.
