For 2 days my Top List site has been down with this message:

Is there something wrong with it? Or is it because of that Gold Spam person?

That is a local message which means one of the administrators of the top site list has turned the list offline.

If you are the admin and you didn't do this on purpose, just log in to the admin panel and turn it back on via General Config
