My forum at http://freeadsforyou.top-site-list.com/ is not notifying me by email when a reply is posted to a topic I'm watching. Also, the new post icons are not activated when new posts are present on the forum

Email could be spam-canned on your end. Try a different email, if you aren't getting any emails from system.

Also, you may be having a cookie related issue with the new post icons. Try clearing cookies.
