Porbably a long shot, but is there any way I can have the list update the order of listed blogs (all my sites are blogs) by the last time they were updated rather than by votes? Can RSS be used to this end?

I'm sorry, but our voting gateway is critical to ensuring the security of the votes on our system. There is no way to bypass the voting.
