New Site - Votes Not Working

I created a site yesterday

http://yukubloggers.top-site-list.com/

and put both of my boards on there. The first one works fine for the votes and the hits but the second one doesn't work at all.

I tried deleting the second one and then registering again but it still doesn't work.

I used a different user name and a different email address for each of them.

This is my first ever attempt at a top site so I don't know if it's something maybe I haven't done or have done wrong.

I have just noticed that the second user name is not on the members list, even though the site for that name is on the top list and I have also made a post with it on the forum.

I have to take it back, things still don't seem to be right.

A new member hasn't shown up on the members list even after 24 hours (does one have to post on a forum to show on members list??)

Changed time settings but it hasn't accepted the change (over 24 hours ago)

What is the idle time before being logged out as I seem to be logged out every few mins.

Sorry I couldn't see where to edit my last post.

I wanted to add I also checked giving the new member a vote and it didn't register as of this moment. Her hits are registering but not the vote.

A post isn't required for member to appear in the memberlist, however a single vote is required.

Let me know the member if they are still not showing up.

It's fine regarding the member she finally showed up on the list. I did twig on that it must be because she needed a vote first.

So.. Does that mean that if someone joins simply to use the forums (I have it set so) then they wont show up on the memberslist unless they submit a board or in our case a blog?

At this time, yes they won't show up without that 1 vote.

One workaround would be to type the member's voting URL into your browser. If you haven't already voted that day, it should be enough to make them appear.
